Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini is playing it coy over reported target Eliaquim Mangala.
There was some confusion last week when City released a video that appeared to suggest they had signed the Porto defender for £32million.
But Pellegrini has told the Manchester Evening News... well... nothing really. "I think it's important not to talk about things that are not 100 per cent, so I'll keep my opinion about that," he said.

It looks like defender Jan Vertonghen is staying at Tottenham.
The Belgian says there is no truth in rumours that he wants to leave White Hart Lane to join Spanish side Barcelona. And on top of that he has actually been offered a new five-year deal with the north London club.
Vertonghen told Belgian talk show Vive le Velo. "Where there's smoke, there's fire, they say, but for the moment there is certainly no fire." Sounds pretty conclusive.

Real Sociedad (wonderfully google translated as "The Royal Society" which sounds like a Wes Anderson film) have given their thanks to Griezmann.
"The Royal Society would like to thank Antoine Griezmann the professionalism and dedication shown during his years spent at our club, while wishing you the best for your personal and professional future."

*DONE DEAL KLAXON*
Ooh we have our first done deal of the day!
Atletico Madrid have confirmed the signing of Spurs and Liverpool target Antoine Griezmann.
The French winger impressed during the World Cup and will now hook up with the Spanish champions for next season.
The Reds are ready to plunder Southampton further with a move for Jay Rodriguez.
They could also complete the signing of Belgian starlet Divock Origi any minute now.
AND they want Arsenal's Thomas Vermaelen.
Phew! Busy times at Anfield.

You can get the latest Gunners rumours all here though - including an update on Man Utd winger Nani and unhappy Shakhtar Donestk playmaker Douglas Costa.
Here's the latest goss from today's papers, with an update on United target Kevin Strootman at Roman and Javier Hernandez, who could be on his way out of Old Trafford.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers wants to be frugal.
He has money, oh he has lots of money alright, but he'll only spend it where necessary. A bit like Kevin McCloud renovating some weird wooden house in the middle of nowhere on a budget.
After Loic Remy's move from QPR collapsed the Reds could be looking for more strikers.

Never go back to someone to rejected you. That's my mantra for life.
But Manchester United clearly don't share that outlook on life as they are set to return to Juve for the love of their life Arturo Vidal.
The Chilean appeared to flat out snub the Red Devils last week but that won't put LVG and co off, as they prepare to offer a whopping £48m for the midfielder.

He is the face of terror. A ruthless leader with a twisted ideology. And the sadistic architect of a campaign of mayhem and misery. And yet, very little is known about Abubakar Shekau, the leader of Boko Haram. He operates in the shadows, leaving his underlings to orchestrate his repulsive mandates. He resurfaces every once in a while in videotaped messages to mock the impotence of the Nigerian military. And he uses his faith to recruit the impressionable and the disenfranchised to his cause. He is a religious scholar Shekau was born in Shekau village that borders Niger. He studied under a cleric and then attended Borno State College of Legal and Islamic Studies for higher studies on Islam. That’s why he’s also known as ‘Darul Tawheed,’ which translates to an expert in monotheism, or the oneness of Allah. Place of birth: Yobe State
