AFCON 2015: The Qualified Teams





The Qualifying matches for the African Cup Of Nations 2015 have been completed and sixteen teams that would battle out for the most important trophy in African football at Equatorial Guinea have emerged, there were some shock qualifiers as some African heavyweights are set to sit out 2015’s AFCON. Some other heavyweights however made short work of their qualifying groups.

Cameroun had qualified a before the final round of matches as well as South Africa, Congo joined South Africa from group A ensuring that the Super Eagles of Nigeria relinquished their crown even before the tournament starts. Egypt also failed to make it to the tournament at the expense of Tunisia and Senegal
