Jared Leto, Will Smith To Star In DC’s ‘Suicide Squad’



Warner Bros. has released the casting list for upcoming movie, Suicide Squad.

The film – about an elite group of supervillains contracted (or often coerced) by the government to go on high-risk top secret missions – will be written and directed by David Ayer.

The film is slated for release on Aug. 5, 2016, following Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice on March 25, 2016.

The movie will see Jared Leto play The Joker, Will Smith play masked villain Deadshot, while Tom Hardy will play Rick Flagg.

Wolf of Wall Street star Margot Robbie will play Harley Quinn, and Jai Courtney will play the Flash’s nemesis, Captain Boomerang
