Critics' Choice Awards: Michael Keaton, Julianne Moore and Patricia Arquette take home gongs
The star-studded ceremony was not without its action as Michael took a tumble off stage after accepting his third award

Michael Keaton and Julianne Moore were amongst those who took home gongs at the Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards.
The ceremony, held at the Hollywood Palladium, was a successful night for Michael who picked up the nod for Best Actor and Best Actor in a Comedy.
He also took home seven awards as part of Birdman as the film swept numerous categories including Best Acting Ensemble and Best Original Screenplay.

Julianne Moore
Julianne Moore found herself ascending to the podium for the second time this week after she nabbed Best Actress for her role in Still Alice.
The Hollywood starlet, who on Sunday also took home a Golden Globe, took to the stage in a lace dress as she accepted the gong.
The other big winner of the night was Boyhood, which was crowned Best Picture at the event.

Patricia Arquette was also awarded Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the highly-acclaimed movie.
Kevin Costner received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
The 59-year-old actor - who has appeared in 'Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves', 'Dance With Wolves' and 'The Untouchables' during his lengthy career - thanked those behind the scenes of his movies, as well as his parents and wife Christine Baumgartner for their support.

"To my assistants..to the crews who worked impossible hours...and of course to my fellow actors to always manage to fight their way to this mythical place called Hollywood, nobody has it better than us right? So try to act grateful.
"This can only end where it started so I want to say a simple thank you to my parents and my beautiful wife and partner."
