Bolton Wanderers Sign Derik Osede from Real Madrid

Bolton Wanderers have signed defender Derik Osede from Real Madrid on a three-year deal.

Osede, 22, who is eligible to play for Nigeria through his paternal parents, has joined the Championship side having seen out his contract at Real. The deal is subject to international clearance.

He was united with his new team-mates on Sunday before flying alongside the club’s first team out to Austria for pre-season training. Osede trained with the club for the first time on Monday.

The Madrid-born defender has represented Spain at youth level and was a key member of Real Castilla setup last season.
