Now, writing in her Sun column, Katie has blasted "wart goblin" Josie's looks, IQ, and her work ethic.
Not pulling any punches, she said: "Pregnant with a child we already feel sorry for, Josie is smoking her way through pregnancy and says she will continue unless we pay for her to stop.
"I suggest we pay for her to be sterilised.
She continued: "If there's one thing we know about Josie, she ain't no saint. But she may well be sick in the head."

Josie on Loose Women
Josie replied: "LOL at @KTHopkins. I'm not going to comment on anything she says until she accepts my challenge of a charity boxing match. Snob VS 'Chav'."
Earlier this week the controversial wannabe unleashed a lengthy Twitter rant aimed at Katie.
Once Josie caught wind of her comments, she hit back: "So @KTHopkins has decided to have a pop at me, snobby b*tch. Would love to have a one on one chat with her!"
And then she challenged her to a charity boxing match once she'd given birth.
"Actually, @KTHopkins I challenge u to a charity boxing match, 1 month after I've gen birth. Raise some money for NHS? Snob Vs 'Chav'?"
But Katie didn't seem so keen: "As for a boxing match with the filth that is Josie C. I prefer verbal jousint. She is ultra lightweight. I am in a heavier category," Katie wrote.
The full rant read: "Right Haters! LETS PUT THE RECORD STRAIGHT! TIME FOR SOME HOME TRUTH!: If you b*tch about me and "Your Taxes" bare in mind the following.
1) Most students get state funding and only have to pay it back after earning a set amount - a large number of these students NEVER go onto the career they studied and don't earn the amount to pay back the full amount. (funny alot of students tweet me hate)
2) If your a student and working part time - likelihood, is your not paying tax.
3) If your aged 18-21 and are paid minimum wage, unless you work more than 39 hours a week YOU. DON'T. PAY. TAX!
4) Some people who comment are, the same as me - a single parent - many of them (not all) are claiming benefits - I'm now self employed.
5) Telling me how I should act to be liked? Thats being fake - u may like it, but I would rather b hated for who I really am than liked for who I pretend to be.
6)The people calling me a "vile" person, are then saying how they would love for someone to punch me? I'm a vile person, yet you are wishing an attack on a pregnant woman?
7) "I'm waiting for Josie to pop up on Jeremy Kyle" - If you 're waiting for me to appear on Jeremy Kyle, its you whos sat at home watching.
And most importantly: 8) "Josie should put her children first"? I'm pretty certain my children do not want for anything, they are to young to read papers and wouldn't understand anything thats on TV - if they get told horrible things in the playground, then the only way the children would know about it is their parents talking about "escorting" "fake t*ts" etc in front of them? - thats not something you should talk to a child about in my opinion. Most of your opinions are totally void because of the above!"

Josie Cunningham Live Blog
Earlier this week Josie, who claimed she is so hated by the public she can't get on public transport, moaned to The Sun: ""It's not illegal for me to smoke while pregnant. I am hoping my doctor will help me get off the fags. But the public will probably whinge about that as well."
She quickly managed to enrage the public, including Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley, by proudly posing for a taxi selfie with the caption: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but tax payers will always fund me."
Corrie star Catherine, who plays Eva Price, wrote on Twitter: "If she ever gets on my bus,I'll smack her myself. #disgrace."

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has said that he did not join the All Progressive Congress (APC) so as to run for the Presidency in 2015, but to nurture the party and ensure that good governance is entrenched in Nigeria come 2015. Atiku who spoke in an interview with the BBC Hausa service, monitored in Kaduna on Monday, maintained that if it were because of a presidential ambition, he had clear chances of occupying the number one seat when he was in office with former President Olusegun Obasanjo, or even recently when he was in the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN ). He said he let that go in the interest of the nation. Atiku vowed that he would never return to the PDP, saying that from all indications, the party would no longer be what it used to be.
