Reflecting on the potential pitfalls of making a personal porno at a New York screening of the film recently, Cameron told USA Today newspaper: "That is one of those things that we, as a society, have to pay attention to.

Qamar was born in Pakistan but moved abroad in 1996. He had returned to do voluntary work at a state-of-the-art heart hospital built by the Ahmadi community in the eastern town of Rabwah.
