That's because on closer inspection, the door frame in the background looks a little, shall we say... odd.
In fact, Photoshop master Peejie T told RadarOnline that he believes the picture has been manipulated to enhance the Keeping Up With the Kardashian's shapely figure.
"You can definitely see a gap at the same level as Kim’s chest. This would be caused by using a tool to expand her breasts," he said.
He also suggested that subtle changes to the flooring could point to Kim's waist and hips having a little nip and tuck.
However, Kanye's wifey-to-be, hit back at the claims spouting on Twitter: "It sucks when people make u surgery or Photoshop lies when I am so disciplined & work so hard."
She added: "Just trying to motivate others & show anyone struggling with weight they can totally achieve whatever they want if they are dedicated."
That clears that up!
