The bride-to-be has reportedly splashed out on a $550 (£330) stem cell facial to ensure her skin is fresh, flawless and 100% wedding-ready ahead of her and  Kanye 's lavish Parisian nuptials. Kim is said to have made a visit to Lancer Dermatology for the treatment last Friday to see skin expert-to-the-stars ( VB  and  BeyoncĂ©  are also clients), Louise Deschamps. 'Kim's longtime aesthetician Louise Deschamps has been giving Kim stem cell facials for years,' a source told  Us Weekly . The facial includes all the usual cleansing, exfoliating, and extractions before a rose face oil mask and vegan stem cell serum is applied and an LED light is used to help the skin absorb the anti-ageing goodness.

Anambra pair arraigned for duping job seekers

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned two suspects for defrauding job seekers of N1.8 million. Bernard Chukwuma Muoghalu and Anyiam Isabella have been hauled before Justice Agbata at the Anambra State High Court in Onitsha on a 12-count charge of obtaining money under false pretence. According to the commission, the accused are being prosecuted by the anti-graft agency for allegedly conspiring to obtain various sums of money from some job seekers with promise of helping them to secure jobs with the Onitsha North Local Government Council. The EFCC also alleged that after collecting money from job seekers, the accused persons issued fake employment letters to the applicants and asked them to report for work, assuring that their names were already on the payroll but after several months of working without pay, the job seekers discovered they had been duped.

Jonathan chides Jos terror attack

President Goodluck Jonathan has condemned the bomb blasts in Jos, Plateau State. About 50 people died after the twin bombings. He described the perpetrators of the deadly as “cruel” and “evil”, according to Reuben Abati, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity. “President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan strongly condemns the bomb blasts in Jos, Plateau State, describing the perpetrators of this tragic assault on human freedom as cruel and evil. He has also directed all relevant agencies to mobilise support and relief efforts in aid of the victims. LASU fee hike, pro-Boko Haram policy –Falana

A human rights activist, Femi Falana, has described the tuition increase in the Lagos State University by the Lagos State Government as immoral and illegal. He likened it to the menace of the Boko Haram insurgents in the northern part of the country. Falana was the guest speaker at the 18th National Delegates’ Conference of the Academic Staff Union of Universities held at the University of Ibadan. Falana said the new fee was beyond the reach of the children of the poor who struggled to get education in the state. “It was unjustifiable that the civil servants at the state secretariat in Alausa who worked for the state to generate over N20bn Internally Generated Revenue monthly but earn N18,000 as minimum wage, will not be able to train their children in the state-owned university.
