The body of a woman found in a ravine near the White River has been confirmed to be missing actress Misty Upham, a family spokesperson has confirmed. Rex Features Upham's father itentified her body to authorities following a search of the area by friends and family. There is no evidence or information "to believe there is foul play," according to Police Commander Steve Stocker. "The manner of death is therapeutic complication. The classification of a death as a therapeutic complication means that the death resulted from a predictable complication of medical therapy." The late star had undergone the operation in August in order to investigate voice changes and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
