Calvin Harris reportedly wants to make music with Kanye West

Image
This musical collaboration sounds like a beautiful dark twisted fantasy. Kanye West is getting praise from Calvin Harris following their respected feud with Taylor Swift, E! News reports. The Scottish DJ, who blasted ex-girlfriend Swift for taking credit for writing one of his songs, is now supporting her arch enemy Yeezus dubbing him, "brilliant with music," according to E! News. The feeling might be mutual. A source tells E! that West and wife Kim Kardashian also find Harris to be a talented musician. Harris was recently spotted with Kardashian, whom he was reportedly excited to see, at Jennifer Lopez's 47th birthday party in Las Vegas. If Harris and West record a song together it might hit a sour note with Swift. The "Bad Blood" singer accused Kardashian and her husband of "character assignation" after Kim K posted videos of the "Mean" singer allegedly approving lyrics to West's song "Famous" in which he ca

Sanders supporters look to Green Party's Jill Stein to take up the cause

Image
While Bernie Sanders supporters turned out in droves to the Democratic convention, many are chanting another name in the streets of Philadelphia as the senator steps back into the party fold: Jill Stein.  All but an afterthought for much of the primary season, the Green Party candidate's political stock has risen in recent days as Sanders supporters search for an alternative. Stein herself has maintained a presence on the sidelines of the Philadelphia chaos, even marching with protesters Tuesday after Hillary Clinton was nominated. "Those who are in tears, whose hearts have been broken, I’m going [to rallies] to really reassure them that their work has not been in vain," Stein told FoxNews.com on Wednesday.   But she's not shy about inviting those supporters to join her cause.   “We are going to continue this movement,” Stein told a cheering crowd near City Hall Tuesday. She said her campaign was ready to embrace Sanders’ supporters, adding, “Whateve

We must not be afraid to say the truth, the world is at war – Pope Francis

Image
Pope Francis said Wednesday the world was at war but argued that religion was not the cause, as he arrived in Poland a day after jihadists murdered a Catholic priest in France. “We must not be afraid to say the truth, the world is at war because it has lost peace,” the pontiff told journalists aboard a flight from the Rome to Krakow. “When I speak of war I speak of wars over interests, money, resources, not religion. All religions want peace, it’s the others who want war.” The brutal killing of the elderly priest during mass in France on Tuesday, in an attack claimed by the Islamic State group, has cast a shadow over Francis’s trip to headline a gathering of young Catholics from across the globe in the city of Krakow. “This holy priest who died in the moment of offering prayers for the church is one (victim). But how many Christians, innocents, children?” Francis told journalists travelling with him. “The word we hear a lot is insecurity, but the real word is war. The world has be

The emails would contain some "beauties", he said. His appeal comes as Russia stands accused of hacking emails from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) for Mr Trump's benefit. Both Russia and Mr Trump deny the allegation. "This has to be the first time that a major presidential candidate has actively encouraged a foreign power to conduct espionage against his political opponent," Jake Sullivan, Mrs

Bill O'Reilly has defended the use of slaves to build the White House, saying they were 'well-fed and had decent lodging'. The controversial Fox News host made the comments on his O'Reilly Factor show a day after Michelle Obama spoke about watching her daughters growing up in a house built by slaves. The First Lady said she was proud to see Sasha and Malia Obama grow up in the White House during her speech at the Democratic National Convention. Fact-checking Mrs Obama's claims, O'Reilly said slaves worked from 1792 to 1800 to build the presidential lodgings in Washington, DC, but claimed they were treated well. During the First Lady's speech at the Democratic National Convention on Monday night, she said: 'I wake up every morning in a house that was built by slaves. 'I watch my daughters - two beautiful, intelligent, black young women - playing with their dogs on the White House lawn.' O'Reilly agreed that forced labor was used in the const
