According to reports, actress and TV personality, Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku, is getting married! A traditional marriage ceremony is taking place tomorrow Saturday, October 4, at her family house in Spintex, Accra. Mensah-Doku and boyfriend of some years are beginning the process of what would later lead to a full wedding. He works at Telecommunications outfit, Tigo, according to sources.

 Some factory workers in Lagos on Thursday embarked on a peaceful protest against alleged exploitation by their employer which, they claimed, led to the death of their colleague. FOLLOWING the crisis in Ekiti State, the National Judicial Council (NJC) is set for an emergency meeting today. The council, it was gathered, has also scheduled another round of meeting for October 13 and 14. The council may also summon the state Chief Judge (CJ), Justice Ayo Daramola and the governor-elect, Mr Ayo Fayose, to appear before its probe panel at a later date.
