On Thursday, President Muhammadu Buhari, congratulated Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka of the Adoration Centre in celebration of his 20th year of priesthood. In a statement issued by Presidential Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, the President commended the cleric for his ''extraordinary intrepidity and remarkable patriotism''. Malaysia has said that it would be "premature" to speculate on whether debris washed up on the Indian Ocean island of Reunion comes from the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370. P/HARCOURT, WARRI REFINERIES BEGIN PRODUCTION

The Port Harcourt Refining Company Limited (PHRC) and Warri Refining and Petrochemical Co. Ltd (WRPC) have commenced preliminary production of petroleum products, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) said yesterday.
