I will challenge my impeachment in court for the records—-Nyako

His Director of Press and Public Affairs, Ahmad Sajoh, who made this disclosure shortly after Nyako was sacked,  questioned the process leading to his impeachment, saying that he would approach the courts to challenge the state Assembly’s action.

Meanwhile, the whereabouts of Nyako is currently a matter of speculation. While some say he is in Abuja, some maintain he is holed up somewhere in Abuja.

This is coming on the heels of speculation that the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) and the Department of Security Services (DSS), may be out for him sequel to his infamous letter to his former colleagues which some argue contain treasonable contents, and allegations bothering on misappropriation of funds.
Nyako was sacked amidst tight security on Tuesday morning just after the state House of Assembly deliberated on the report of an
investigative panel that probed allegations of financial misconducts against the governor and his deputy.
The deputy governor, Bala James Ngillari, tendered
his resignation few minutes to the impeachment.
