Transfer news and rumours LIVE: Angel Di Maria and Loic Remy updates plus all the latest done deals

It's the eve of the new Premier League season, but that doesn't mean the transfer market slows down - follow all the latest rumours, gossip and done deals

Done Deal
Time to take a dip down to League Two.
After a 6-6 draw against Brentford in the Capital One Cup, Dagenham and Redbridge manager John Still has gone mad by signing another striker.
Daggers have snapped up centre-forward Christian Doidge from Carmarthen Town for an undisclosed fee.
Expect an equally as daft score line on Saturday. Daggers have already conceded nine goals in their two competitive games this season.
They might want to strengthen at the back now. Just a thought anyway.

Done Deal Klaxon
Big Sam has added 24-year-old Senegal international Diafra Sakho to his forward line to replace the injured Andy Carroll.
The West Ham board Sam Allardyce himself has set his sights on a top-half finish and aims to score 50 goals, in a bid to play "the West Ham way".
Sakho joins Mauro Zarate and Enner Valencia, who joined earlier this summer, to add more fire-power in the final third.
9:42 am
Bayern Munich could be ready to pounce for former Manchester City defender Stefan Savic as a replacement for Javi Martinez, who faces a long spell on the sidelines.
According to Itasportpress.it the Bavarian club are readying a €13million bid, which will be enough to secure the services of the 23-year-old Montenegrin centre-half.
Savic was part of the deal that brought Matija Nastasic to the Etihad Stadium two seasons ago and won't be remembered as someone they trusted to sniff out danger at the back.
9:29 am
Which Bryan Ruiz do you think that Sport Bild have linked with a move away from Fulham?
There has to be two of them. The one which turned up to the World Cup and guided Costa Rica out of the group of death, and the one who coasted through the first six months of the season with Fulham.
Ruiz the second-half of last season out on loan at PSV Eindhoven, scoring five times in 14 games for the Dutch side.
Werder Bremen and Ajax are keen on the 28-year-old who will be playing second-tier football if nobody comes in for him.

It's not too early for some Manchester United transfer tittle-tattle is it? Thought not.
Here's a round-up of LVG's shopping list and his chase for Real Madrid winger Angel Di Maria sits firmly on the summit of it.
The Red Devils look to be the only side willing to pay the £48million, after the Argentine's preferred destination, PSG, pulled out of the race.
United's pursuit of Marcos Rojo hit another hurdle after his club Sporting Lisbon declared war, sort of, with his third party investor.
As well as plenty of ins, there are also plenty of potential outs. Nottingham Forest are after United's forgotten man Nick Powell and Wilfried Zaha could be on his way to Loftus Road.

Time for Liverpool to go under the microscope now, as we recap all the Anfield goings-on from this morning's papers here.
And it leads on the news that Giuseppe Rossi won't be heading to Merseyside anytime soon, according to his agent.
Argentina goalkeeper Sergio Romero is apparently attracting admiring glances from the Reds though, as Brendan Rodgers looks for some competition for Simon Mignolet.
And while we've got our Liverpool heads on, here's news of a departure from yesterday in case you missed it - and what a first day Martin Kelly will have had at Palace...

Fancy some Arsenal transfer news and rumours? Of course you do.
Here's our round-up of all things from the Emirates, including reports of competition in the Gunners pursuit of Greek defender Kostas Manolas and a battle for Chile striker Eduardo Vargas.
And there's also an update on the future of this man below, who could be eating his yoghurts in Germany this season...

David Anderson
Have David Luiz inadvertently helped Manchester United in their quest to land Angel Di Maria? David Anderson explains:
Manchester United are in the box seat to sign Angel Di Maria after Paris Saint-Germain pulled out of the race.
PSG have withdrawn from the bidding for Di Maria because they cannot fit the Real Madrid star under their Financial Fair Play spending cap.
The French champions have already blown their £50million limit on buying defender David Luiz from Chelsea and president Nasser Al-Khelaifi admits the Di Maria deal is “too expensive”.
However, the Old Trafford giants must still agree a fee with Real – they are demanding £48m for the Argentina World Cup winger - and also convince Di Maria to join them, as his preferred choice was PSG.

Welcome...
Morning folks, how are we all doing? Splendid.
Welcome to Friday's extra-special* eve-of-the-new-season transfer live blog, where we'll be here all day to bring you the latest wheeling and dealing on the final day of the pre-season.
But first we're going to tip our (baseball) cap to this morning's big, big story which is the news that Tony Pulis has walked out on Crystal Palace following a row with chairman Steve Parish over transfer shenanigans. Yoinks.
Once you've got your head around that, we'll get cracking on the rest of the day's transfer stories, so grab a coffee (other beverages are available) and we'll get to it.
