Jennifer Lawrence's ex Nicholas Hoult breaks silence on nude photos

It comes as Jen hinted it was Nicholas she had taken the photos for in the first place before they split earlier this year

Jennifer Lawrence's ex Nicholas Hoult has spoken out for the first time to defend the Hunger Games actress after nude photos of her were leaked online .

The stunning star recently spoke out about the pictures herself, calling the violation a "sex crime", and hinted she had actually taken them for Nicholas - who she dated on and off for more than three years.
Now the actor has defended her too, while promoting his new film Young Ones.
In an interview with Good Day New York, Nicholas said: "It's shocking that things like that happen in the world."

He added: "It's a shame."

It comes after Jen hinted she had taken the photos for Nick , when she told Vanity Fair: "I was in a loving, healthy, great relationship for four years. It was long distance, and either your boyfriend is going to look at porn or he's going to look at you."

She added: "It is not a scandal. It is a sex crime.

“It is a sexual violation. It’s disgusting. The law needs to be changed, and we need to change."

Jennifer was one of the first celebrities to be targeted over the past month in what has become known as The Fappening.

"That’s why these Web sites are responsible. Just the fact that somebody can be sexually exploited and violated, and the first thought that crosses somebody’s mind is to make a profit from it. It’s so beyond me. I just can’t imagine being that detached from humanity. I can’t imagine being that thoughtless and careless and so empty inside,” she continued.
