There’s some babies that are cute and then there are babies that are well…let’s just say not so cute. OK, I’ll say it, some are just downright scary looking, like some mutant alien came out instead of a baby. The kind only a mother could love. Celebrities are no exception to this rule although truth be told they’re not as bad as some but the last one will just shock you.

Beyonce

Who would have thought that Beyonce underwent the ugly duckling baby stage? Considered as one of the hottest and most popular singers in the world, Beyonce was once an awkward baby with wild curly hair on the loose. You could probably assume that the puberty fairy saw a potential in her so she cut her a good deal.

Demi Lovato

Demi’s baby photos might pass as Susan Boyle, no offense meant but you can see it here. Demi wasn’t always the poised lady she is today (well we could just presume that she had a wonderful childhood). Looking through these before and after photos, you couldn’t just say that that was Demi when she was a baby but still she was cute then but not as beautiful as she is today now.

Tom Cruise

Puberty is a game changer for most of us, including the hottest Hollywood actors and actresses. Who would have thought that Tom will be this good looking gentleman he is now? Man, to think that he’s already in his fifties is quite insane! It’s no secret at all that Tom didn’t have the best teeth or brows in Hollywood tinseltown but with the help of a little cash and some major dental cosmetic surgery, he is now considered as one handsome actor who is stealing your girlfriend’s attention whenever you watch Mission Impossible together.

It’s hard to talk about Tom Cruise and not mention his former flame, Katie Holmes. Like Tom, Katie wasn’t the best looking baby during her times. She is not ugly but she was a little droopy looking for our taste. However we noticed that your baby looks is not a determining factor of how good-looking or bad-looking you will be in the future! Sometimes it seems like the weirder or uglier a baby looks, the better looking they’ll be when they hit their adulthood.

Drake Bell is one freaking good-looking actor though he wasn’t that cute when he was a baby. He was on the heavier side during his childhood years but he kinda did the effort to lose those extra pounds and look extra cute!

Scarlett Johansson

Okay, it’s a fact that Scarlett wasn’t an ugly baby but she wasn’t also that cute. Looking at her baby photo, you wouldn’t know for sure that she was going to be the future Scarlett Johansson with the perfect hourglass figure. At least not in that white onesies she is wearing when she was still a baby.

Halle Berry

Looks like Catwoman topped this list. Clearly, Halle looked weird and different when she was an infant and you couldn’t even tell that it was baby Halle! But who cares, Halle has grown to be one of the most beautiful women in the world and an award-winning actress at that.
