BACK AT IT: CONRAD MURRAY TO RESUME PRACTICING MEDICINE

Conrad Murray To Resume Practicing Medicine
WENN
According to TMZ, Dr. Conrad Murray is going to start treating patients again. Apparently, Murray has accepted a job with the Trinidad Ministry of Health where he’ll be working with children who have heart problems.
Murray will be consulting with other heart surgeons in the area. This is not something he’s doing for the money. He’s said to be volunteering his services. The Trinidadian government wants Murray to utilize his U.S. contacts to be able to help the cardio patients in the country. Though his license has been revoked in Texas and suspended in California and Nevada, before the Michael Jackson thing, he camehighly recommended.

For those who don’t know, although Murray was born in Grenada, his mother spent most of her time living and working in Trinidad. Murray was raised by his grandparents. When he was seven years old, he moved to Trinidad to be with his mother. There he became a citizen and finished high school. Interestingly, by volunteering his services in Trinidad, Murray will be following in the steps of his estranged and now deceased father, Rawles Andrews, who practiced medicine in Houston, Texas.  Andrews spent his career offering medical services to the poor. Murray didn’t meet his father, Andrews, until he was 25 years old.
As someone who’s always been of the mindset that Jackson essentially took his own life, whether intentionally or accidentally, I’m happy to hear that Murray is going to be able to use his gifts to help sick children in his “hometown.”
What do you think, should Conrad  be allowed to practice medicine again?
