Sticking in Spain and a twist in the tale of the summer move of Alvaro Morata...
The 21-year-old striker has been told he can leave Real Madrid this summer in his quest for regular first team action.
Both Arsenal and Juventus have registered their interest, but European champions Madrid would quite like a say in the future of the youngster - in case they want to bring him back, ala Dani Carvajal.
As such, Marca are reporting that Los Blancos have offered Morata to Villarreal on a season-long loan deal.
That way, he'll be leading the line for a technically strong team, playing week-in, week-out, and his future will remain very much in their hands.
Sound transfer strategy. Not always something you think of when it comes to the club that introduced the 'Zidanes y Pavones' policy.

Atletico Madrid defender Miranda has told Brazilian radio that he has offers from both Spain and England on the table.
The Brazilian - not in Luiz Felipe Scolari's World Cup squad - starred for Atleti this season, as they won La Liga and reached the final of the Champions League.
The 29-year-old played a key role in both of those successes - forming a rock-solid central defensive pairing with Uruguay's Diego Godin - and has subsequently been linked with a move away from the Vicente Calderon, with both Manchester United and Barcelona supposedly keen on his signature.
He told Brazil's Radio ESPN: "I have some offers and we are negotiating.
"I have offers from Spanish and English leagues and from some less important ones too.
"My agent is in Europe to decide my future, my buy-out fee at Atletico Madrid is €30million, but that can be negotiated."

Stevan Jovetic is wanted by Inter Milan, according to reports in Italy.

Tuttosport claim Inter's sporting director Piero Ausilio has been in contact with Jovetic's agent Fali Ramadani over a possible move away from Manchester City.

Jovetic, 24, joined City from Fiorentina for £22million last summer and his first season at the Etihad was blighted by injuries.

The Montenegro international is fourth choice in Manuel Pellegrini's list of strikers and Inter feel they may be able to lure him back to Italy.

One for the fans of Hull City Tigers City
Steve Bruce has promised Hull he will not quit the Tigers to become Southampton boss.

Bruce is believed to figure on Saints' shortlist to succeed Mauricio Pochettino after leading Hull to the FA Cup Final and into Europe last season.

However he interrupted his family holiday in Portugal to fly back to Humberside and assure chief executive Ehad Allam that he is happy at the KC Stadium.

Bruce, 53, will be rewarded with a bumper new deal for leading Hull to the best season in their history, although talks have yet to start.

Bruce also discussed transfer targets with Allam and handed him a list of around 12 names to bolster his squad to compete in Europe for the first time in the club's history.

The Tigers boss hopes at least four or five signings can be made before their first Europa League game on July 31.

Here's some more on Duffer down under....
Damien Duff has joined Manchester City's Australian outfit Melbourne City on a free transfer.
Duff, 35, was released by Fulham at the end of last season and has agreed a one-year deal with the ambitious A-League side.
The former Chelsea, Newcastle and Republic of Ireland winger will team up with David Villa before the Spanish striker begins his career with New York City FC.
Melbourne coach John van 't Schip said: "His career speaks for itself.

"He has achieved almost everything at club level and has been a great player at an international level too.
"He comes to us straight from the English Premier League with Fulham, so he has been playing at the highest level against top teams and top players."

According to Portuguese reports, Monaco's star Colombian playmaker James Rodriguez is looking for a move to the Premier League.
The South American J-Rod is said to be unhappy with life in Monaco - as he craves a tougher challenge than Ligue 1.
The Principality club splashed £35million on his signature from FC Porto last summer and his value won't have decreased after a solid debut season - featuring 10 goals and 14 assists.
But, if someone - we're looking at you Manchester United - were to splash out on his services, then they'd be getting a player of speed, skill and fantasy...as well as a left peg that could peel an orange.
He's destined to star in Brazil in the coming month...let's hope he's destined to star on these shores in the long term.

According to the Express, Arsenal are keen on Samuel Eto'o following his release by Chelsea - but will face competition from Everton for the experienced Cameroon star.
Eto'o is said to be keen on remaining in England after the World Cup and Wenger fancies the 33-year-old as the man to relieve some of the pressure on Olivier Giroud - if he can't get first-choice Mario Mandzukic.
But the Toffees - who have lost loanee's Romelu Lukaku and Lacina Traore this summer - will look to offer regular first-team football to the ex-Barcelona man, in a bid to tempt him to the north west.

'E-den, Eden, Eden, Eden, Eden, Eden, Eden Haz-arddddd'
Chelsea fans will be pleased to know that the little Belgian trickster known as Eden Hazard has declared himself "100 percent" to stay at Chelsea this summer.
As we all know, football is a game all about 110%, so there is still the slight chance of that much-talked about move to PSG springing up from nowhere.
But Chelsea don't want to sell and now he's told Belgian nespaper Le Derniere Heure that he's going nowhere.
"I am staying at Chelsea, 100 percent. There is nothing more to say - everything is clear. Of course in football you never know, but I am under contract with Chelsea and I want to stay there - the rumours exist to sell newspapers.
"Moreover, I am in discussions with Chelsea for a new contract.
"It is only the beginning of the talks right now so we have time, but the fact that Chelsea have offered me a new deal means they have a lot of confidence in me that I can do a good job and that they can count on me."

Liverpool's Alberto Moreno move stalls
Liverpool are ready to play hard ball over their number one defensive target Alberto Moreno.
The Reds have refused to be dragged into an auction for the Spanish international left back, and contrary to reports in Seville, have NOT agreed any fee for the 21 year old.
Instead, boss Brendan Rodgers is prepared to look elsewhere, after flatly refusing to meet Sevilla's inflated asking price of £18m for the inexperienced full back.
The two clubs have been involved in talks for the past fortnight, and Liverpool were even given permission to speak to the player, but there is still some distance between the two clubs' valuations.
Rodgers has become increasingly annoyed by apparent attempts to create an auction by Sevilla, who have tried to flog the player to a number of clubs, including Spurs.

A couple of deals to get us started on this wonderfully sunny Tuesday...
Joe Cole is set to join Aston Villa after undergoing a medical last night and agreeing to a pay cut.
That's Joe 'anything Messi can do he can do better' Cole and a Villains side who were pretty miserable last season joining forces.
And Damien Duff, fresh from leaving Fulham, has made the move to the Australian A League.
The ex-Republic of Ireland international - who wore No.9 at the 2002 World Cup - has joined Melbourne City on a one-year deal.
“We’re excited to have a player of Damien’s quality and experience for this season,” declared coach John van't Schip.
