All hail the Queen!

We can't find the words to fully explain what just happened onstage at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, but what we can say is that Beyoncé gave the performance of her career.

The singer opened the number with "Mine," before telling the crowd: "MTV, welcome to my show." Dayum, girl!

And as if her dance moves weren't enough to make hearts stop everywhere, Bey's Tom Ford custom bodysuit hugged all her curves perfectly.

The "Drunk In Love" songstress was given the prestigious Video Vanguard Award and sang a lengthy medley of songs from her latest album, Beyoncé, which dropped late last year.

And it was freaking insane.

Bey did not disappoint and gave viewers and audience members a show that we all won't soon forget. Like, literally, it's going to take a while to recover from what just happened.

And don't worry about those pesky divorce rumors, you guys, Jay Z joined his wife onstage—along with baby Blue Ivy—to present his wife with the award.

Jay called her the "greatest living entertainer," and the famous duo kissed in front of the whole audience. Shortly after, Blue gave her stamp of approval on the performance and said "Yay, mommy!"

Bey began her acceptance speech by holding back tears and even called her hubby her "beloved."

All throughout, Yoncé shook what her mama gave her and sang her heart out each and every song. We still have chills! And we weren't the only ones to get emotional, Bey herself even teared up when thanking her fans for their endless support just before she sang "XO."

This marks Beyoncé's fifth time performing at the annual event. She previously sang "Baby Boy/Crazy in Love" in 2003, "Ring the Alarm" in 2006, "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" in 2009 and "Love on Top" in 2011.

Previous recipients of the Video Vanguard Award are Beastie Boys, Peter Gabriel, Madonna, Michael Jackson, R.E.M., Red Hot Chili Peppers, Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake.

Looks like she's in some seriously good company!

In the end, Bey reminded us that she's in a league all on her own, however. And after her dance-filled, emotional performance, it's easy to see why!
