‘There is still time for a move’ – Cuadrado open to Fiorentina exit

Juan Cuadrado has refused to rule out the possibility of leaving Fiorentina this summer. The attacker has been the subject of a lot of speculation this summer and earlier in the transfer window it wasrevealed the Manchester Unitedhad held talks with the Viola over signing the Colombia international and were confident of beating rival suitors Barcelona to an agreement worth up to €44 million. Last week Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Montella insisted he has never contemplated losing Cuadrado this summer, telling La Nazione:”He’s been here in the past, he is here now and he will be here in the future.” But the player himself does not appear so confident of staying, though he admits any decision rests on Fiorentina reaching an agreement with an interested club. When asked about the possibility of a transfer on the beach in Versilia, he replied: “My future does not depend on me, there is still time until the market closes, no? I don’t know…”
