Orlando Brown — Charged in Late Night Death Threat Rant

Disney star Orlando Brown has been charged with 3 crimes after showing up at a woman’s apartment in the middle of the night and threatening to kill her and her kid.Orlando faces 2 counts of disturbing the peace as well as public intoxication. He wasn’t charged with making death threats, even though cops say you clearly hear the threats in the 911 call.The L.A. City Attorney concluded there was insufficient evidence to prosecute him for the threat. They didn’t believe the woman feared for her life.TMZ broke the story … the “That’s So Raven” star showed up at a woman’s apartment in North Hollywood last month and went nuclear … threatening to kill the woman, her daughter, and her mother.Orlando claimed the woman was a stalker and denies he made any threats.If convicted … he faces up to 9 months in jail.
