From kissing her own brother, to wearing a vial of Billy Bob Thornton's blood, we thought we'd seen it all - but she's always there, ready with a tiny outfit.

Today the star shocked us once again but not in the best way, as she appeared startlingly thin at her Unbroken premiere in Sydney.

Showing off her slim waist and bony shoulders, the star couldn't fairly to make an impression in the stunning gown.

But it's certainly not her biggest jaw-dropper - that crown has to go to the moment she decided to plant a huge kiss on her brother's lips in 2000.

It sparked incest rumours as the world questioned their close relationship.

But Ang's mum Marcheline's close friend Cis Rundle, who helped take care of the actress as a child, has recently opened up about the moment - claiming it was nothing more than sisterly love.

“The day she kissed Jamie at the Oscars, it was the first day Marcheline was treated for cancer. They left the hospital together and got ready together,” she told Radar Online.

“Nobody in the world knew that they spent the day in the hospital. It was like, ‘Look where we’re at now.’ But the world saw something incestual. It was meant to be ‘Here we are.’ They only ever had each other. They had a very tight relationship with each other and their mother.”

A close second has to be when she turned up with her ex hubby Billy Bob, wearing matching vials of each other's blood.

Billy recently revealed what caused the questionable statement, and said Ang actually came home with razors and decided they could show their love by wearing each other's blood all the time.

He recently told the Hollywood Reporter: "She thought it would be interesting and romantic if we took a little razorblade and sliced our fingers, smeared a little blood on these lockets and you wear it around your neck just like you wear your son or daughter’s baby hair in one. Same thing."
