Mel B's husband Stephen Belafonte has reassured his fans he's doing OK after he was taken to hospital by his wife this week - revealing he has 'put his back out'.
The film producer was rushed to hospital by the X Factor judge in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning because he was in pain, but he's taken to Twitter to let everyone know it's nothing too serious.
He tweeted: "Thanks for the well wishes but I'm ok just put my back out!
"I didn't eat an apple today!! #anappleadaykeepsthedoctoraway (sic)"
Meanwhile, Stephen and Mel appeared stronger than ever as they were spotted holding hands heading for a late lunch in New York last week.
The former Spice Girl - who seems to have recovered from the illness she was suffering from at the end of the last year - was in good spirits as she shared a selfie with her man.
She wrote: "Late Afternoon dinner date with my baby @Stephenthinks1 in NY awwww (sic)"
It looks as if the couple have shrugged off the drama that surrounded their seven-year marriage, where Stephen was forced to deny domestic abuse claims.
In the last few weeks alone we've seen the dark-haired beauty put on a number of loving displays with her husband Stephen Balfonte as they continue to mend the perception of their relationship.
