According to TMZ, Anderson and Solomon separated on Tuesday (Feb 10th) and blonde beauty then filed the divorce papers the day after.
The duo's rocky love story began in October 2007 when they married in Las Vegas, but famously separated only two months after. By February of 2008 Anderson had requested through the courts that their marriage should be annulled, claiming 'fraud' as the reason.
In January 2014, the pair secretly tied the knot after rekindling their relationship several months before. "We're very happy," Anderson said when announcing their marriage. "Our families are very happy and that's all that matters."
However, the newlyweds didn't stay happy for long as the former Playboy model filed for divorce six months later on July 3rd, 2014. Not long after, Anderson changed her mind and took Solomon back.
Will they actually get divorced this time? "She could pull it back again. It is always on and off," an insider told Us Weekly. "She doesn't know what she wants and he's too nice for her. She likes bad boys."
Pamela's previously marriages were to Motley Crew drummer Tommy Lee, with whom she shares two sons, Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee, from 1995 until 1998, and then the Grammy nominated singer Kid Rock from August 2006 to February 2007.
