Gravity-defying daredevil cyclist risks life riding across vertical cliff face

Overhead drone camera captures jaw-dropping footage of life or death assault on famed White Line in Arizona desert


A brave cyclist has taken death-defying to a new level to conquer the world's most dangerous trail shows.

Michal Kollbeck risked his life to take on the White Line in Sedona, known as a near impossible route carved into a sheer rockface.

The jaw-dropping one minute clip filmed by an overhead drone
camera has appeared on YouTube and shows the daredevil gradually making his way along the route in Arizona, America.

 Jaw-dropping: Michal Kollbeck takes on the famed White Line in Arizona

After completing the route he manages to turn and complete the return journey, all with little fuss.

Kollbeck told the Huffington Post: "The key was to block out the scary thoughts about the potential danger, so I just focused on the trail and not on the terrifying space around me."

Kollbeck decided to cycle the trail - a white stripe of sandstone on the edge of a cliff - after walking the route and sleeping on it for a couple of days.

In readiness for his life or death attempt, Kollbeck, who originates from Poland, let air out of his bike's tyres to achieve extra grip and then adjusted its suspension.
