Mourinho insists Abramovich not bothered by ‘boring Chelsea’ tag

Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho, has stated that the owner of the club, Roman Abramovich, is not worried over the boring football many people criticize the club over.

According to him, the Russian billionaire came into the dressing room to hug the players, after a goalless draw at Arsenal put them within five points of the Premier League title.

“Mr Abramovich is very happy. I saw him with the players in the dressing room after the game,” he said.
“He can be in Russia or in a box at Stamford Bridge, he enjoys the game the same way.

“I think he’s happy and I think every Chelsea fan is happy if we win the title. If we win the title, we have had a fantastic Premier League.”

Chelsea will travel to Leicester on Wednesday and if they take all three points, they could clinch the title this weekend when they host Crystal Palace.
