Tottenham Hotspur make their mark in Melbourne as stars paint the city streets ahead of Juventus pre-season friendly

Tottenham unveiled a host of new transfers in Melbourne on Monday morning - although they already have their backs to the wall.

The north London club are Down Under for a pre-season tour and have now left their mark down a (Dele) alley after pasting pictures of players on both sides of a city centre passageway.
Stars including Kevin Wimmer, Victor Wanyama and Harry Winks teamed up with local street artist Kitt Bennett to leave a corner of White Hart Lane in the centre of the Victoria city.

The alley, on Union Lane, is one of two areas in Melbourne where graffiti artists can legally display their skills.
Spurs, who take on Juventus at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Tuesday, are making themselves popular in Australia.
On Sunday night players signed autographs for hundreds of fans after an open training session at AAMI Park, while the club's global coaching team will put on sessions for more than 3,000 children in the city.
Tottenham say they have 38 activities taking place over the course of their one-week stay.
Mauricio Pochettino's men will end their visit when they return to the MCG to face Atletico Madrid on Friday.
