Osaze, Uche keep Keshi in exile

Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, may have been forced to go into exile by the duo of Osaze Odemwingie and Ike Uche ahead of the Brazil 2014 World Cup.
Daily Sunsports scooped exclusively that the Eagles manager who has been away in the United States of America would ordinarily have wanted to return home, but for the Osaze, Ike Uche saga.
While many Nigerians  are clamouring for the inclusion of the duo in the Eagles World Cup party, Keshi appears not too disposed to recalling them to the team.
A very close confidant of the Eagles manager revealed to Daily Sunsports that he had decided to stay back in the US to avoid being stampeded into taking one or two players he wouldn’t want in his final squad for the World Cup. He pointed out that Keshi had made up his mind not to return home as that would reduce the pressure on him.

“As we speak, Keshi would have loved to be home, but he is trying to avoid being put under pressure, especially over Ike Uche and Osaze. Honestly, he is more or less in exile right now in the US. The heat is not on him since he is away from home. But if he returns, it will be a different ball game,” our source stated.
But the NFF Technical Committee may force the Eagles gaffer to come home as he would be needed by the committee to defend his list for the mundial.
A member of the committee told Daily Sunsports yesterday that Keshi must be home to defend his list when he eventually sends it to the committee.
“There is no way Keshi will forward his final list of players to us and stay back in the US. He has to defend it in person. We are going to ensure we go to Brazil with our best legs,” a member of the committee stated.
