World Cup 2014: Mexico manager Miguel Herrera's explosive reaction to win over Croatia goes viral

Herrera was seen rolling around on the floor and jumping with his players in one of the highlights of an entertaining World Cup
Mexico manager Miguel Herrera is quickly gaining a cult following for his explosive celebrations at the World Cup after he erupted on the sidelines following the 3-1 victory over Croatia on Monday night

Needing at least a draw, Mexico secured their path into the second round as the knocked out Croatia thanks to goals from Rafael Marquez, Andres Guardado and Javier Hernandez and they join host’s Brazil in emerging from a very competitive Group A.
After Guardado doubled the Mexicans’ lead, Herrera grabbed defender Paul Aguilar in celebration, before he was engulfed by a jubilant Guillermo Ochoa – the goalkeeper running all of 50 yards to jump into the waiting arms of Herrera.
The 46-year-old’s expressions on the sideline have become almost as entertaining as the action on the pitch – which hasn’t failed to excite as long as you discount last week’s bore-draw between Iran and Nigeria – and eagle-eyed viewers are waiting with anticipation of what Herrera could produce should his Mexico side overcome the odds and knock-out Netherlands in the second round on Sunday.

Mexico face the Dutch at 5pm on Sunday 29 June in Fortaleza, and the winner would go on to face the eventual victor from the second round clash between Group D winners, and Group C runners-up.
