Justin Bieber is said to be renting a new £18,000 a month Los Angeles mansion just so he can throw lavish parties.
The pop brat lives in a condo in Beverley Hills but is reported to have leased the 10-bedroom property in nearby Hollywood Hills solely to satisfy his party lifestyle.
The huge three-storey 16,000 sq ft residence also has its own nightclub and bar, a state of the art gym, a home cinema and a pool.
A source told the US website Radar Online that Bieber, 20, "is only using the Hollywood Hills rental to throw parties".
They said: "After Justin's house was raided earlier this year, he vowed to never be caught in a similar situation, and doesn't want random people in his home.
"So, Justin decided to rent a house just so he could throw parties.
"He might end up sleeping there from time to time, but still has the Beverly Hills condo, and will use that as his base."
Owned by developer Danny Fitzgerald, the estate was briefly listed for £5.4 million before being leased to the singer.
