While critics slammed Mel and Sarah-Jane Crawford for their awkward MOBO Awards hosting, Phoenix proved she's her mum's biggest fan and took to Instagram to reveal how much admiration she had for her mother.

Posting a snap of the two in an embrace, Phoenix added: "I honestly can't tell you how proud I am of this women. I'm speechless of how hard she's worked her ASS OFF her whole life to achieve all of her goals and I'm so glad to call her my mother" [sic].
And while we're loving the super sweet mother-daughter moment, we just can't believe how much Phoenix has grown.
