Melanie Sykes, Kendra Wilkinson and Nadia Forde have all taken to the waterfall over the past 24 hours to show the world their totally ripped bods



It's been a career-defining moment for many a reality star (ahem, Myleene Klass).

And today is a day to be grateful for because the 2014 battle of the I'm a Celebrity bikini bodies has begun.

*Cue excited squeals*

Melanie Sykes, Kendra Wilkinson and Nadia Forde have all taken to the waterfall over the past 24 hours to show the world their totally ripped bods. And maybe to wash too.

Kendra was one of the first to go in.

The former Playboy star showed off her ample cleavage in a VERY low-cut black swimsuit as she scrubbed up under the waterfall.

Sykes bomb Mel flaunted her hot bod in a string pink bikini once Kendra had finished showering.

We just don't believe she's 44. There's no way.

Nadia was also keen to get herself some bikini screen time. After making herself some swimwear in the slammer, Nadia opted to flaunt her curves in a red bikini for her shower debut. #
