Napoli Contemplate Balotelli Move


Mario Baotelli has struggled to make any kind of impact in the premiership since joining Liverpool for his second stint in England in the summer and Liverpool are set to cut their losses and move the Italian on. Napoli could be his next stop, surprisingly.

According to sources in Italy, Rafa Benitez believes that with the right playing style, Balotelli could complement Higuain beautifully in the Napoli attack. And the Spanish coach is prepared to make Liverpool and offer for the Italian in January. Liverpool, who are desperate to let the former Manchester City man leave might not be able to resist the offer to hand Balotelli and his “demons” to another club to manage.

Balotelli would command a fee of about 8 million euros by the estimation of Napoli’s board. Liverpool’s valuation of the former Inter and AC Milan man is yet to be public knowledge
