Miserable new signings part 2: Aaron Lennon just looks DELIGHTED to have left Spurs

Not all players are delighted when they sign for a new club. Judging by the faces on Aaron Lennon and his merry men, some are absolutely horrified

Let's be honest, deadline day was bloody terrible yesterday wasn't it?

Carlton Cole, Graham Dorrans and Aaron Lennon took centre stage as part of Jim White's transfer saga. A far cry from the days of Robinho rocking up in Manchester.

But if we're being completely honest, everyone loves a transfer. Even if the player that's signing for your club isn't a world beater, it's just exciting to have something new.

That being said, for the players things might be different. Perhaps they don't actuallywant to leave, perhaps they think it's a backwards step or perhaps they just don't like having their picture taken.

Yesterday we brought you the wonderful example of Robert Huth as he was shown off by Leicester, today it's Mr Lennon.

Having snubbed Hull and Stoke City, Lennon made a late loan move up north to Liverpool to play for Everton and doesn't he just look delighted?
