Chris Brown had no idea that the Filipino government will be on his case for a 2014 debt while he was making fun of the recent Meek Mill/Drake Twitter drama. Now, he needs President Barack Obama - more than most blacks in USA - rescue him from Manila!
The 'Deuces' singer has been held hostage in Manila for almost three days by the country's government who claims the singer won't leave until he settles a back debt.
We earlier reported that Chris was supposed to perform in Manila for New Year's Eve but never showed up for the concert despite collecting a million dollar. The promoter have been demanding a refund ever since, which they haven't received.

So, when Breezey returned to Manila for another concert this week, his plane was ordered not to leave the airport. When he tried to leave, the government blocked the flight after the promoter convinced officials what Chris did amounted to theft.
