Dana Air pilots strike leaves passengers stranded

 
A disagreement with management over promised largess has snowballed into a strike action by pilots of Dana Airlines resulting in the suspension of normal flight operations on Thursday.

Scheduled flights have been disrupted with passengers booked to travel with the airline stranded at airports across the country.

At the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, announcements are made intermittently to communicate the development to customers waiting to board flights.

The spokesperson of the airline, Kingsley Ezenwa, said the management was working hard to resolve the crisis within a short time to enable it restore normal flight operations
