JUST IN: Barcelona announces new deal ahead of next season







Barcelona are doing all they can to further strengthen themselves financially. It became necessary with the mega deals offered to the likes of Neymar and other financial commitments.

Barcelona are still far off in commercial revenue with the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United. But this new deal will no doubt close the gap.

Today the club announced that they had signed a new deal with leading online betting company Betfair.

They would become Barcelona’s official partners for the next three seasons.

The club explained:

As a result of this agreement, which came into force on July 1, FC Barcelona and Betfair will be collaborating in different areas such as image association rights, visibility of branding on the Camp Nou LED system, and a variety of digital benefits. Betfair will also have access to the players to create promotional material and develop marketing campaigns.
