Taylor Swift 'faces backlash after Instagram gives her a unique tool to instantly block abusive comments... as well as those snake emojis from being posted on her account'

It's the feud that has everyone talking.
And the Kim Kardashian versus Taylor Swift debacle showed no sign of slowing down, after users accused Instagram of blocking snake emojis from her account.
The Bad Blood singer was inundated with the emojis by trolls taking Kim's side, after the reality star posted a video of Taylor appearing to give Kanye West permission to use her name in his song.

However she later denied this, prompting Kim to post a video of the phone conversation.
Taylor then hit back, explaining that she had not known the context and Kanye had failed to mention he would be referring to the songstress as a 'b**ch'.
And now users have accused Instagram of blocking negative feedback on the singer's social media.
'So instagram is just deleting sh*t for Taylor Swift but don't do nothing when racists harass pl and say the nword' (sic),' one user wrote.
But others denied this was happening, with one user writing: 'Tbh I was there to see some snake emojis.'
Instagram has recently revealed it's unveiling a new tool to help high profile accounts manage negative comments, but there is no evidence to suggest this is being tested on Taylor's account- despite the sudden absence of snake emojis in her comments.
Mark Shaw, a social media expert, told the Sunday Times that this new app may cause controversy.
'When it was introduced social media like Twitter and Instagram was so popular because it removed the gatekeeper between the celebrity and their fans,' he said.
'If you start manipulating ordinary members' comments to make the celebrities look wonderful all the time, there's going to be a backlash.'
Taylor's run of bad luck continued, when Calvin Harris appeared to make it clear exactly whose side he was on as he snapchatted himself lip syncing to the rapper's hit, That Part, last week.
Rocking out with a frying pan, the 32-year-old Scottish DJ seemed in great spirits as he mouthed: 'Wifey gonna kill me, she the female OJ'.
Calvin - who split from Taylor last month - is rumoured to be dating singer Tinashe, and has kept quiet on his ex-girlfriend - who is now dating Tom Hiddleston.
Meanwhile, Kim took another swipe at the Grammy-winning singer as she recorded herself singing along to Kanye's controversial song, Famous.
Snapchatting herself listening to the tune, she ensured she captured the infamous line about Taylor as she mouthed: 'I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that b**** famous.'
Last week, Taylor took to Instagram to defend herself after Kim Kardashian leaked video of the Blank Space singer appearing to give permission for Kanye to mention her in his song Famous.
Following months of opposing arguments from Taylor and Kanye and his wife Kim, the latter took the feud to a whole new level on Sunday.
Kim leaked a recording of Kanye's conversation with Taylor about the track on speakerphone - believed to have taken place in January - in a bid to prove the singer was fully aware of the lyrics.
In the video, Kanye reads out the lyrics 'I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex', which the pop star concedes is 'like a compliment'.
Taylor wrote that she just wants Kim and Kanye to leave her alone, adding: 'Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me b***h in that song? It doesn't exist because it never happened.'
She continued: 'While I wanted to be supportive of Kanye on the phone call, you cannot "approve" a song you haven't heard.
'Being falsely painted as a liar when I was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination.
'I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I never asked to be part of, since 2009.'
Taylor is said to be considering legal action over the recording, claiming she did not consent to being taped.
TRANSCRIPT OF KIM KARDASHIAN'S SNAPCHAT VIDEO, SHOWING TAYLOR SWIFT 'APPROVING' KANYE'S FAMOUS LYRICS
Kanye: Oh ok, dope. You still got the Nashville number?
Taylor: I still have the Nashville area code, but I had to change it.
---Break in clip---
Kanye: (rapping a line from the song Famous) 'Too all my Southside n***** that know me best/I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex.'
Taylor: I'm like this close to overexposure.
Kanye: Oh. Well this one is uh - I think this is a really cool thing to have, uh, definitely.
Taylor: I know. I mean, it's like a compliment kind of (laughs).
Kanye: What I give a f*** about is just you as a person and as a friend. I want things [starts talking over Taylor] that make you feel good. I don't want to do rap that makes people feel bad.
Taylor: Um – yeah. I mean, go with whatever line you think is better. It's obviously very tongue-in-cheek either way.
Taylor: And I really appreciate you telling me about it, that's really nice.
Kanye: Oh yeah. I just have a responsibility to you as a friend, you know? And uh - I mean
Kanye: I mean, thanks for being, like, so cool about it.
Taylor: Aw, thanks. Um, yeah, I really appreciate it. Like, the heads up is so nice.
Taylor: …things without, like, even asking or seeing if I'd be okay with it and I just really appreciate it. Like, I never would have expected you to tell me about a line in one of your songs.
Taylor: And then the flowers that you sent me, I, like, Instagrammed a picture of them and it's the most Instagram likes I've ever gotten, it was like 2.7 –
Kanye: Relationships are more important than punchlines, you know?
Taylor: Yeah. I mean, I don't think anybody would listen to that and be like, 'Oh that's a real, that's a real dis, like, she must be crying about – '
Taylor: It's just you gotta tell the story the way that it happened to you and the way that you experienced it. Like, you honestly didn't know who I was before that.
Taylor: It doesn't matter if I sold seven million of that album before you did that, which is what happened, you didn't know who I was before that. It's fine.
Taylor: …in the event that I can make these things happen and I have the idea to do it and I create these things and concepts and, like, I'm always going to respect you.
Taylor: And I'm really glad that you have the respect to call me and tell me that as a friend about the song and -
Taylor: It's just like, it's a really cool thing to do - and a really good show of friendship. So thank you.
Kanye: Oh, thank you, too.
Taylor: And you know, if people ask me about it, I think it would be great for me to be like, 'Look, he called me and told me the line before it came out. Like, joke's on you guys, we're fine'.
Taylor: You guys want to call this a feud, you want to call this throwing shade but, you know, right after the song comes out I'm going to be on a Grammy red carpet and they're going to ask me about it and I'm going to be like, 'He called me'.
Taylor: …and awesome that you're so outspoken, and it's going to be like 'Yeah she does, it made her famous'. You know, so it's more provocative to say 'might still have sex' because –
Taylor: It's not – it's not – it doesn't matter to me. There's not, like, one that hurts my feelings and one that doesn't.
