​Chelsea youngster Kenedy is close to joining Watford on a season-long loan

Kenedy is understood to be in talks over a move to the fellow Premier League club to continue his development.

He joined the Blues from Brazilian side Fluminense in a £6.7m deal last summer and immediately secured a work permit before featuring 20 times for Chelsea last season.

Kenedy ppears to be surplus to new manager Antonio Conte’s requirements this season.

He was brought through the Fluminense academy and is considered one of Brazil’s brightest prospects.
