Londoners, say hello to your new neighbours
Beyoncé and Jay Z are moving to the UK and have found their dream £5.5million London townhouse.
That's right, they found it all on their own - Kirstie and Phil weren't even called!
Before deciding on their West London digs, Bey and Jay Z looked around London's Mayfair area, and Kate Moss' neighbourhood - the Cotswolds.
The famous pair decided on a London home because they plan to spend more time here in the UK this year - it is believed they exchanged on the house around four weeks ago.
A source said: "Both Jay and Beyoncé are Anglophiles and have been toying with the idea of getting a pad for a couple of years now.
"On previous trips, they have stayed in five star hotels and, on one occasion, a rented mansion. While money isn't an issue, it makes sense for them to have a more permanent base and get to know one particular area.
And if that's not exciting enough - the couple could be looking for the perfect UK school for Blue Ivy.
