In one snap, the dad-of-four shows off his impressive six-pack in a pair of eye-wateringly tight white boxer shorts.
The sportsman sports a rugged beard and scruffy hair for his shoot.
In another snap, David flexes his super-toned stomach muscles in a pair of black pants as he gazes seductively to the side.
