Murder: Michael Brown’s Death Ruled A Homicide By Federal Autopsy

A federal autopsy carried out on late teenager Michael Brown has revealed that he died from gunshot wounds from officer Darren Wilson, and ruled his death a homicide.

NBC News said the findings of the autopsy was similar two previous autopsies carried out by St. Louis County’s medical examiner and a private examiner hired by the Brown family.

Brown suffered “severe injuries of the skull, brain and right chest” and appeared to have been shot in the hand at close range.

“The manner of death is homicide,” the Justice Department’s medical examiner ruled.

The release came from the St. Louis Prosecutor’s office on Monday. Witness interviews conducted by federal authorities and audio recordings of police transmissions leading up to and following the shooting were also released.
