Simon Cowell seems to be letting his hair down following all the excitement of the X Factor.
The music mogul swapped his high-waisted trousers for a pair of patterned swimming trunks as he hit the beach in Barbados with Lauren Silverman and their adorable son Eric.
Simon even made time for a furry little fan - in the shape of a cheeky monkey who grabbed him by the hair. Yikes!

The X Factor judge looked happy and relaxed as he took turns walking his two dogs.
And he's got plenty to celebrate after his act Ben Haenow stormed to victory on the singing competition - beating Fleur East.
The 55-year-old's gorgeous partner Lauren looked like a proper yummy mummy as she showed off her enviably trim legs in a casual patterned skirt.
