UPDATE: BOBBI KRISTINA PLACED IN MEDICAL COMA & DRUG SEARCH PERFORMED

We have some more updates on the status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.

According to TMZ, Bobbi has been placed in a medically induced coma because of swelling on her brain. Bobbi was found unresponsive in a bathtub Saturday morning by her husband and close friend.

Roswell, Ga., police spokeswoman Lisa Holland also commented on Bobbi’s status saying, “Right now, I can’t comment on any condition because of the HIPAA laws, but I can tell you she is still alive.” Roswell Police officers also searched the property for drugs and found nothing onsite. Holland also stated police officers, were allowed to “go through and just make sure everything is covered,”

Police officers were “talking with friends and family that were at the house at the time to see if there was a cause, if it was other than health conditions,” she added. Many believe drugs were involved in the incident. Bobbi has made headlines before for her drug usage.

As of right now, Bobbi is still in recovery. Her father Bobbi Brown and Tyler Perry are both at the hospital with her.
