Amber Heard 'at risk of violating court order as she remains in London just HOURS before she is due to testify in Johnny Depp domestic violence case'

Amber Heard is reportedly set to be a no-show for her deposition on Friday morning in her domestic violence and divorce case with Johnny Depp.

According to TMZ, the 30-year-old is in violation of a court order to testify under oath in Los Angeles, where she is due to appear on Friday morning.

A source told the site: 'Amber is still ensconced in London, even though she's been ordered to appear for her deposition in her domestic violence/divorce case Friday at 10 AM.

The site adds that the consequences of this could be severe.

Johnny Depp's lawyers are claiming the 30-year-old actress cried and screamed and never once entered the deposition room.

Legal documents filed by Laura Wasser and seen by TMZ reveal that the Rum Diary star repeatedly refused to submit for questioning despite being at Wasser's offices from 11:50am until 9pm.

A source gave a slightly conflicting account on Monday saying: 'She was there and ready to proceed. She never refused to go in.'

Supportive: Vanessa Paradis (pictured July 5) will testify in support of ex, Johnny Depp, in a hearing

She apparently spent nine hours waiting to be called into the room, while her lawyers attempted to reach a settlement with Johnny's lawyers.

And reportedly police want to know why they didn't see injuries sustained to her face.

The news comes as court papers reveal Vanessa Paradis will indeed testify in support of her ex-partner Johnny at his upcoming restraining order hearing.

The French singer-and-actress - whose 14-year relationship with the Pirates Of The Caribbean star ended in 2012 - will take to the stand later this month in a hearing to determine whether Amber Heard will be issued a permanent restraining order against Johnny, her estranged husband.

The papers list Vanessa as a designated witness for Johnny who will question her for approximately 15 minutes regarding their relationship.

She will be called upon to back her former partner's claim that he did not physically abuse Amber during their 15-month marriage, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Vanessa, 43, and Johnny never married but they share children Lily Rose, 17, and John, 14.

Amber is also included on the witness list, with the actor's lawyers estimating she will take four hours to question.

Ex show of support: Vanessa is listed to be questioned about her previous relationship with Johnny

Johnny has reportedly listed 23 people to support his defence as he fights against having a permanent restraining order made against him.

This includes the two police officers who were first on the scene after the incident where Johnny allegedly threw his iPhone at Amber, giving her a black eye.

Johnny's lawyers also intend to call Amber's publicist Jodi Gottleib and the couple's housekeeper Hilda Vargas, who will give evidence about a mystery discovery she made in their home in April, according to ET citing court documents.

Meanwhile, lawyers acting for Amber intend to call her estranged husband - who vehemently denies all the accusations made against him - to the stand.

She has seven people listed to speak, including her friend and neighbour Raquel Pennington as well as Raquel's boyfriend Joshua Drew.

Amber's team have also compiled medical records and a photo of The Danish Girl actress holding pills taken in 2014, which they have entered as evidence.

The pair, who met on the set of their film The Rum Diary, split in May.

The case will begin on August 17 and is expected to take several days,
