Chikatara seals Wydad three-year deal

Abia Warriors have disclosed that CHAN 2016 sensation, Chisom Chikatara, has completed his move to Wydad Casablanca.
The striker, according to Abia Warriors Chairman, Emeka Inyama, put pen to papers for the Moroccan club on Sunday.
Inyama said: “The deal was completed today (Sunday) with both clubs and player agreeing on the terms of the contract.
“Both clubs (Abia Warriors ands Wydad) are excited with the terms that was finally reached.
“The boy had offers from across the world, but in the end we settled for WAC because they were the most serious suitors for the player.”
WAC local rivals, Raja Casablanca, Egypt’s Zamalek as well as SuperSport United of South Africa were among the clubs that wanted the 21-year-old striker.
Chikatara scored 13 goals last season and fired four goals at the CHAN in Rwanda
